Cherries Jubilee - Bad Girl Collection:

The Cherries Jubilee recipe is credited to Auguste Escoffier, who prepared the dish for Queen Victoria's Jubilee celebrations. Her reign as Queen lasted 63 years and seven months, longer than that of any other British monarch to date. Cherries Jubliee mixes a dark bing with a fresh bright red cherry too! The mix of a sweet red cherry and tart, dark bing make a great contrast.
