If you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, please contact us immediately! Send an email tojonesie@jonesiecake.com and let us know your concern and will work with you to find the best resolution. For example, if the product is damaged upon receipt, we will replace it with no extra shipping costs to you. We take great care in packing each item, so please let us know if something happened during shipping and UPS will be responsible. We are not responsible for problems with clips that are the result of improper care/storage.
Items may be exchanged for store credit or merchandise within 10 days of purchase if they are received damaged. No cash or credit card refunds. Orders over $200 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customized orders are final sale, it's yours for keeps. We will happily replace a crystal or clip if it breaks or falls off due to normal wear and tear - just send your floral clip back in with an additional $10 for shipping and handling - along with all your contact info and we'll have it back to you within a week or so.
Your new Jonesie purchase is guaranteed for 6 months of normal wear, after which repairs may be done for an additional fee.
If you get makeup or lipstick on the petals, gently use finger nail polish remover with a Q-tip to remove stains.
There is also a silk flower cleaner spray on the market that you can buy.
