Delivery: All of the Jonesie Cake, LLC. © clips are hand made. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Items ship from Marina Del Rey, CA 2 to 3 business days. If you are choosing clips randomly (outside of a collection), the delivery date will be determined by the final quantity in order. We ship UPS, and Fed Ex (for international). All UPS and truck orders are sent insured. Jonesie Cake, LLC. © is not responsible or liable for damages incurred from a particular shipping company. We are happy to provide any information needed for you to make a claim. If shipments are returned to Jonesie Cake, LLC. © unclaimed or refused, you will be billed for the costs incurred. A re-shelving fee may apply.

Cancellations: Must be received in written form 14 days before the ship date. Any cancellations received within 14 days of the ship date will be charged 50% of the order. For out of stock items, orders will ship in 4 to 6 weeks. Customers may cancel orders for out of stock items within 24 hours of notification.

Minimum Orders: A minimum of $250 total for all orders are necessary for wholesale pricing. All orders are Credit Card (Visa, MC, or AMEX) or COD. For reorders placed within 30 days of original order: min. 12 pieces, 3 pieces per clip or 36 clips . For established clients, custom, wedding and special orders placed apart from a wholesale order are invoiced at retail minus 20%. 10% discount for outright purchase of $500 or more vs. established accounts with net 30. Net terms require a monthly sales average of $500.00. All payments are due in U. S. currency.
